2011 Registration

Overview

Registration materials were distributed to our HFSA members via email in August 2011 and are also available via this web page (see below) for new members and/or those joining HFSA later in the season.
                 Fall Registration Due Date:   09/16/11
                 Mail Four Registration Forms & Payment to:  HFSA, PO Box 204, Hutchinson, MN
                 Other Funding Available:  HFSA scholarship and butter braids sales

Changes This Year:

  • The group classes are now one hour long and include 20 minutes of power to strengthen and increase your skater’s performance. 
  • The time of the FS1 Group class has been moved up to accommodate the younger skater’s schedules, but the day remains the same for those who move into the class.
  • Our fees did increase this year as our ice costs from the city increased.  Our fees still remain at a lower cost to you than expense to us, especially in the group classes. 
    Note:  The group class fees are consistent with the practice ice, which means HFSA is funding the coaching for you in those classes!

Instructions to Complete Registration Forms:

  • Print all five documents linked above.
  • Complete the main registration form:
    • Fill out the top information box.
    • Check the box(es) by the class(es) you are registering.
    • When completing the fees section, please refer to the email you will be getting from HFSA for your individual amounts relating to Red Phone Book, Volunteer Hours, Past Dues and Skater Fund Balances.
    • If you are choosing the installment plan, please round to the nearest dollar.
  • Read and sign all four forms where indicated.
  • Mail the four forms and payment by the due date of 9/16/11 to HFSA, PO Box 204, Hutchinson, MN.
  • ALL four forms must be completed with signatures in order for your registration to be complete.  

Hutchinson Parks & Recreation (PRCE) Practice Ice

There will be PRCE practice ice available through the city of Hutchinson on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.   See the PRCE brochure for details.  You can pick up forms at their Fall Registration Night on September 8th from 5:30-7:30 or at their office M-TH 9:00-4:00.
